How can I track my order? Once your order is processed (usually within 1-2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your "nail mail" journey right to your doorstep!
My package says delivered, but I haven't received it? Please wait 24 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office or our support team.
PRODUCTS & RETURNS
How do I choose the right nail size? For our press-on collections, we provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page. We recommend measuring the widest part of your natural nail bed for the perfect fit.
What is your return policy? Due to the hygienic nature of nail products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@noblenails.myshopify.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
